“We cultivate relationships and provide innovative solutions to promote a sustainable, homegrown food supply for generations to come” is more than a slogan; it is our mission.

Eric Huddy (right) and Richard Jozwiak (left) joined together in 2004 to form AgriAmerica LLC. Since then they have both been working on innovative solutions to not only grow their farm and processing facility, but to enable local growers to experience market sustainablity. We have done something unique in our lifetime – we refurbished and reestablished a market for fruit after other organizations simply shut their doors or reduced their contracts leaving the growers of our region in panic. We decided early on that our mission went beyond our own ambitions, but instead to support the goals of growers of all ages, mechanics, and food developers. We are excited about the Grape Future ahead of us!

AgriAmerica LLC started out with two first-generation farmers growing some grapes and custom harvesting for area grape growers. We evolved into owning 400 acres of vineyards and additional land for traditional crops. Our team grew from a few part-time and seasonal employees to a full team of year-around farm workers. Harvest season does require additional people and many have consistently returned year after year. We are grateful to everyone who has been a part of our family over the past 20+ years and look forward to being a place young farmers can grow into being successful and passionate stewards of the land for generations to come.

In 2018, many growers, including us, desperately lost primary markets for our grapes. We decided to re-open a juice pressing factory that had been abandoned for nearly a decade in Fredonia NY. Under AgriAmerica’s new ownership, we now processes 8,000+ tons of grapes annually. These grapes are supplied by more than 75 family farms in the region. The majority of the grapes are grown in vineyards located in New York State. While several grape processing facilities have sadly closed throughout the years, the re-opening of the Fredonia plant by AgriAmerica marked the first newly established large-scale market for New York grown grapes in 50 years.
