We maintain 400 acres of well-established vineyards in the Lake Erie micro climate basin. Many of the vines under our care have been providing quality fruit for over 50 years.

The roll of Vinedresser is a centuries-old profession. We have a number of experienced people who work with and train new people each season to carry on the tradition. Utilizing both hand trimming and mechanical equipment we strive to keep all of our vines healthy to produce sweet fruit each year.

Hand tying grape vines adds stability for young growth. Our team evaluates every row individually each winter for broken posts, vines that need to be grafted, areas that need hand tying and wire needing to be replaced. This fills our teams schedule throughout the winter months to maintain and sustain the continued growth of our crops.

We value understanding the details in each of our vineyards. From nutrient testing to cluster counts, we use both manual and computer aided software with phone apps to track information. This information aids us in adjusting the values for a healthier crop.

Harvest season runs from late summer through fall. Our mechanical crew readies equipment, trucking & transport is organized, and team work becomes essential as the berries sweeten in the sun.
